Sererra Services under Agreement shall in all cases be subject to the Sererra Master Services Agreement https://sererra.com/sererra-master-services-agreement/, which are incorporated herein by this reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Client represents that it has reviewed the General Terms and Conditions and expressly agrees to their incorporation into this Agreement as of the Effective Date, which is defined as the last signature in the Statement of Work.
