How do I enable Mass Delete option on my NetSuite account?
The Mass Delete option in NetSuite is not enabled by default. NetSuite only enables this feature temporarily once requested by an administrator. This is to avoid any accidental deletion of records.
To request this feature to be enabled, your account administrator must log a support case with NetSuite. Once NetSuite support receives this request, the Mass Delete waiver will be sent to the email address of the requesting administrator. The requesting administrator must reply to the email agreeing to the waiver. Upon that confirmation, Mass Delete will be turned on immediately. The feature will be disabled again after 48 hours.
To perform Mass Delete, users can navigate to List > Mass Update > Mass Updates. Please note that only users with roles with enough permission can mass delete records.
